Skills You'll Learn and Do
This project should take approximately 1.5 to 2 hours as you learn more about common project management methodologies and frameworks then get the opportunity to take our plan from Module 1 and transforming it using a selected framework and associated tool for yourself.
Chatbot Development and Language Modeling
- Understand the principles of building AI-powered chatbots using language models.
- Understand the key components of a chatbot's input: context, user prompts, and desired outputs.
- Learn and experiment on refining prompts to guide the chatbot's behavior and generate desired responses.
User Interaction and Communication Skills
- Recognize the significance of user-centered communication and engagement.
- Learn effective techniques for designing chatbot responses that are informative, engaging, and aligned with our brand ethos.
- Develop the ability to address various customer queries, concerns, and comments through the chatbot.
ChatGPT and Technical Proficiency
- Become adept at utilizing the ChatGPT platform to develop conversational agents.
- Master the process of inputting prompts, generating chatbot responses, and refining interactions.
- Ability to use common development tools including Python and Google Colab.
